Here is what one candidate said about the process and report.....
I completed the on-line questionnaire in approximately 10 minutes. This was easy & fun with 20 questions or so with four options to choose the most & least applicable statements to you in a work scenario. The results were amazingly accurate & gave a true picture of my work characteristics. In particular the report highlighted frustrations in my current role & recommended discussions to take place to prevent my performance being adversely affected. The questions were not structured to pick up on this issue so I was immensely surprised to see this documented. The report clearly identified the ideal workplace & environment suited to me. I agree with the report in its entirety. For any employer, this gives a detailed insight into the person's strengths & suitability to match against the job requirements which may not be apparent from an interview.
Here is what one candidate said about the CV writing service.....
I was actively seeking another job and I approached Complete People Management Ltd to write my CV. They did so within 24 hours. I was really impressed with the presentation and content that they recommended. I have since applied for a number of jobs and I cannot quite believe that I have been invited for an interview for every application I have made. I am so impressed.
Some hints and tips when job hunting:
- Ask yourself where you would like to work and apply only for the jobs and companies that interest you.
- Find out about the company. Visit their website and/or contact them directly.
- Ask people if they know someone who works at the company where you want to work. You will be amazed at who knows who.
- Make a speculative call to the company where you want to work. You never know, they may have a vacancy to which you can apply. At least you will have made the first contact. Make sure you get a contact name to refer to in your covering letter.
- Apply to a person. If an advert does not state a contact name then telephone the company and find out the name of the person responsible for the vacancy. Get straight to the point and sound keen when you speak to the contact.
- Always provide a covering letter when applying for employment. Project your enthusiasm for the job and the company and express the reasons why you want to work for the company.
- List the skills, abilities, achievements and qualifications that you possess relevant to the job. The skills that you possess must be visible at first glance to the employer. Ensure that you are specific with achievements for example, I achieved employee of the month, I made cost savings of 10% when supplier contracts were up for renewal.
- If your hobbies look good then include them, e.g., I help out in a Charity Shop one day a week.
- If your hobbies look not so good them leave them out, e.g., I go to the cinema and read books. Do not lie or over-exaggerate as it is likely you will be found out.
- Load your CV onto job sites and re-load this at least once weekly, preferably on a Sunday.
- Network and build your relationships.
- Develop a relationship with recruitment agencies.
