* To examine technical problems and find the appropriate solutions. 
* To plan and analyze the progress of the work, assess the situations and initiate the corrective actions. 
* To keep a daily log or site diary and to report to the main office, without any delay, any significant extraordinary event including safety matters. 
* To manage the general administrative duties related to the site activities, attend meetings as necessary and report on planning and programme. 
* To coordinate the inspection(s) on site with the Lead EC&amp;I Project Engineer. 
* To initiate the observations and ensure that they, and all NCR&amp;#39;s, are sent to the Project Engineer.
